Under the senior leadership of Brian and Bobbie Houston, Hillsong Church has grown from a congregation of 45 to what is said to be the largest church in Australian history. Pastor Brian and Bobbie are both gifted communicators and loving pastors, passionate about the Cause of Christ, and consumed with seeing people come into relationship with Jesus. They have given their lives to champion the cause of the local church – globally, place value on humanity, and their hearts cry is to see healthy men, women, and youth emerge across the globe and rise up to be the solution.

Brian and Bobbie have three grown children – Joel, Ben & Laura. Joel is a gifted musician and songwriter who is the Creative Director of Hillsong Church and recently moved to New York to pastor Hillsong NYC with Carl & Laura Lentz. Ben is married to Lucille and he oversees Hillsong’s Extension Services. Their youngest, Laura, is married to Peter and together they are the pastors of Wildlife, part of Hillsong’s growing youth group. The Houstons are the proud grandparents of 3 little girls: Savannah Winter, Willow Mae and Lexi Milan.

Phil and Lucinda Dooley are passionate about seeing the church be all it can be! For many years, they served as Youth Pastors of Hillsong United and under their leadership, the youth ministry grew and flourished. Phil travelled extensively with the Hillsong United worship team, teaching leaders and encouraging the next generation to rise up, build the church and seek after God. Phil also served on the executive leadership team of Hillsong Church, Sydney and led the Worship and Creative Arts Team. Lucinda served alongside Bobbie Houston as she established the Sisterhood, reaching, valuing and empowering women of all ages and backgrounds. The message of the Sisterhood is all about encountering Jesus and encouraging women to be the change they desire to see in the World. In 2008, Phil and Lucinda and their three children (Abbey, Bella and Zac) moved to Cape Town, South Africa and started Hillsong Church Cape Town in June of that year. They are now completely committed to building a church in Cape Town that brings hope to people from every part of society, and are passionate about raising and releasing the next generation!

Phil is a gifted communicator, he mixes a blend of humour with Biblical wisdom that will encourage you to unlock your God-given potential and live your life to its fullest! Lucinda loves the Word of God and the truth it brings to radically transform lives and set people free. Their desire is to love God, love people and love life!
